DraftStatus

I'd like to be able to enter a snip, but not have a it published until I say so… I need to start, and work in SnipSnap, but may not want to release a snip until it's done..especially since it'll float to the top in the recently changed list..don't want casual visitors to get a bad first impression.

Snips shouldn't have "draft" status unless I explicitly ask for it.
